The Johanniter motorcycle unit is always on hand when traffic jams occur on the highways during peak travel times, and provides support at major events such as sporting events, church conventions, and rallies. The volunteer helpers on two wheels, in cooperation with the highway patrol, assist in clearing the causes of traffic jams, directing breakdown assistance, and providing care to exhausted motorists.
