Lilla Erstagården Children's Hospice in Nack (Sweden) On January 20, 2025, I was able to hand over the first €500 in donations to the Löwenherzen (Lionhearts) in Lüneburg. A very pleasant visit and interesting conversations with Silke Schippmann (right), Mareike Rösike, and Florian Borns enriched my handover. Maximilian the Lion will soon be accompanying me on my Vespa, whatever the weather. Outpatient Children's Hospice Löwenherz Lüneburg On December 19, 2024, I was able to include the Löwenherz children's hospice base in Lüneburg in my support project, as I unfortunately had to discontinue contact with Adreas Huss in Norway. Political reasons unfortunately made the opening of the completed children's hospice no longer possible. For the €1,000 donation to the Dudenhofen children's hospice near Mannheim, I prepared a small Plexiglas container for the donation and a short video for you to confirm. I was a little excited, as it's always a wonderful opportunity to hand over your donations. On December 6, 2024, I was able to visit the Sterntaler children's hospice in Dudenhofen near Mannheim again. During this visit, I was able to hand over €1,000 of your incredible donations. I received a very warm welcome from Anja Hermann, the hospice's managing director. I have thus been able to hand over a total of €1,500 in Dudenhofen so far. The wooden Vespa, a memento of my visit, will hopefully find a beautiful home in the hospice. During a very warm welcome for a communal lunch (very tasty potato soup), it was a great honor for me to be able to read a little Christmas story to some of the children present and to hand over small gifts. Für den guten Zweck mit der Vespa auf Spendentour herring gull 1 The name came about as part of a family gathering in which ideas and suggestions could be brought forward. My grandson Jenri was then allowed to make the selection by drawing lots. There were 24 suggestions in total, including Kackbratze, Mumsel, GinTonic, egg cooker, thunder beam and other funny terms, including the herring gull. In the end it was the herring gull, the winner got an ice cream voucher ;-), so this topic is also known. This picture was taken when I visited the INTERMOT motorcycle fair in Cologne in October 2022. I was planning to inquire about new clothing for my tours at this fair. On Sunday, after attending the church mass in Cologne Cathedral, I have this stele (memorial plaque) suitable for my project nearbyFreya von Moltke found.
